1. INTRODUCTION<\/h2>\n

Welcome to Finnecto, a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering provided by Finnecto SpA (\"We,\" \"Our,\" or \"Company\"), headquartered in Santiago, Chile. These Terms and Conditions of Use (\"Terms\") govern your access to and use of the Finnecto service. By using Finnecto, you (\"User\" or \"You\") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Finnecto.<\/p>\n\n

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS<\/h2>\n

By registering for and using Finnecto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any related policies. If you are using Finnecto on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization and that the organization agrees to be responsible for compliance.<\/p>\n

If you fail to comply with these Terms of Service, Finnecto reserves the right to take actions including suspension, deactivation, or termination of your account or the Finnecto Service at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Finnecto also reserves the right to revoke your access to and use of the Finnecto Service at any time, with or without cause. If Finnecto terminates the Service due to your non-compliance, you will remain liable for any outstanding obligations under this agreement.<\/p>\n\n

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION<\/h2>\n

Finnecto is a SaaS platform designed to automate purchase request processes and vendor management. The service includes features such as purchase request generation, order tracking, vendor management, expense reporting, and other related functionalities.<\/p>\n\n

4. FEES AND BILLING<\/h2>\n

4.1. Fees<\/h3>\n

Use of Finnecto requires payment of monthly fees per user. Applicable fees are detailed on our website or in commercial proposals sent directly to prospective clients and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees as set forth on our website or in submitted agreements.<\/p>\n\n

4.2. Billing<\/h3>\n

Billing is conducted on a monthly basis, with the first invoice issued upon registration. Invoices will be emailed to the address provided by the User and are due on the date specified on the invoice.<\/p>\n\n

4.3. Export and Import Restrictions<\/h3>\n

You acknowledge that Finnecto and its use are subject to Chilean export and import control laws, the laws of the country in which the application was acquired, and other applicable regulations. You agree to comply with all such laws and not to use, export, re-export, import, or transfer Finnecto except as authorized by Chilean or applicable law.<\/p>\n\n

5. CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h2>\n

You may cancel your account at any time. Prepaid fees are non-refundable. Account cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.<\/p>\n

Upon termination of the Finnecto Service, the User will no longer have access or rights to use the Service. However, upon request and for a period of up to sixty days following termination, User Content will remain available for retrieval. After this period, unless required by applicable law, Finnecto will delete or render such content inaccessible.<\/p>\n\n

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY<\/h2>\n

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.<\/p>\n\n

7. PRIVACY<\/h2>\n

Your use of Finnecto is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at [URL to Privacy Policy]. By using Finnecto, you agree to our privacy practices.<\/p>\n\n

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n

The Company retains all intellectual property rights in Finnecto. You have no right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Finnecto.<\/p>\n\n

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h2>\n

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Finnecto.<\/p>\n\n

10. CHANGES TO TERMS<\/h2>\n

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will become effective upon the posting of the revised Terms on the Finnecto website. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly.<\/p>\n\n

11. GOVERNING LAW<\/h2>\n

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chile.<\/p>\n\n

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, utility failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.<\/p>\n\n

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS<\/h2>\n

Finnecto may contain links to third-party websites. The Company has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of these links is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party websites.<\/p>\n\n

15. DISCLAIMER<\/h2>\n

The Finnecto service and its content are provided \"as is\" without any warranty, express or implied. Finnecto disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other warranties arising from usage or trade.<\/p>\n
